A: A new meter setting costs $4,000 as long as District water is available at the property.

Q: Is there a minimum charge?

A: The District charges a minimum of $25.30 every month. This charge includes the first 1000 gallons.

Q: Where does the water come from?

A: Jackson PWSD #16 purchases all of our water directly from the City of Independence.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Currently, the District charges a $200 deposit for renters. Homeowners are not required to pay a deposit.
